One month ago today we discovered my pulmonary embolism, the blood clot in my lung that literally took my breath away. Today I am grateful for third opinions, doctors who truly care and my friends and family who prayed, sent well wishes and advice, and who continue to check in on me. I am thankful for an incredibly encouraging and understanding job that truly puts employees first. I am amazed by the workings of modern medicine and looking forward to a healthy and active lifestyle. Blessings to you, my friends!
